Sharon Cai is a senior associate at Civitas Public Affairs Group, where she supports client teams with project and grant management. Her portfolio of work spans gender justice, reproductive rights, racial justice, and health.

Before joining Civitas, Sharon was the Program Assistant on the Policy and Advocacy Team at Women Deliver, where she provided direct administrative and high-level program operations support to senior staff members.

Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and sociology from Brandeis University. She was a 2018 U.S. Fulbright grantee in Taichung, Taiwan, where she co-taught English as a foreign language to elementary school students. Sharon is lifelong resident of Brooklyn, New York.
